Help for 5 young puppies at the beach

Five little puppies have recently been dumped at the beach. The litter of 3 (there were originally 4 but a policeman took one for his children) is between 4-5 weeks old and are all males. The 2 little Rottweilers are about 2 months old. Little ones like this are never safe at the beach, especially without their mother.
