Yabucoa dogs in Palm Beach County!

Yesterday, 5 dogs and 2 cats from Puerto Rico landed safely at the Miami International Airport. 3 of the dogs, Susie, Elena and Mota, are from Dead Dog Beach. The other two, Leslie and Gracie, came along for the ride from another rescuer in P.R. All 5 of them are ADORABLE and so very sweet. They are at the Tri-County Humane Society in Boca Raton and are hopefully rested up from the flight and ready to bat their eyelashes at potential new owners! Here are some cute pictures: Susie and Elena are beautiful, thin-boned little girls that are so sweet and cuddly - this is a picture shortly after they arrived at the shelter! Mota and Gracie slept curled up together in the passenger seat for the ride! Leslie is enjoying the entertainment in his new digs in Boca!








The two cats, Chessie and Leo, are extremely feral and are not placeable into "normal" homes. We found a wonderful refuge nearby that was willing to take them into their outside cattery where they will live happy, healthy lives not bothered by humans wanting to pet and cuddle them!
