It's raining Dalmations!

Yet ANOTHER Dalmation has surface needing help! This boy, Rocco, was found wandering in Humacao, P.R., a town in the southeast of the country. He has a wire collar around his neck that was so tight it dug into his skin all the way around his neck creating a deep circular gash. His rescuer has been giving him antibiotics and caring for him as best she can. We've already arranged foster care for him with Miami Dalmation Rescue but he needs a vet to work on the serious wound. He's a sweet, loving, playful boy given all that he's been through.
