More cruelty at Dead Dog Beach

Sandra found this poor little girl this morning at the beach. Her chain was so tight it was buried into her neck and she was dragging a long section of the chain. Sandra cut the chain off - she had to wet her neck to get the chain off because it was so encrusted into the infection. She cleaned her up and gave her oral antibiotics and bandaged the wound. The little dog ate and drank water and seemed to perk up. Sandra is going to take her to the vet tomorrow to get her the care she needs.
