Napo needs a foster home

This is Napo (short for Napoleon). He was rescued in San Juan and his rescuer needs to find a foster for him until he can travel to the states. He's a male, around 1 - 1 1/2 years old, about 20 pounds and in pretty good condition. His rescuer took him to a vet to have him checked out and found out he's heartworm positive. She cannot keep him in her home and needs to find a foster to care for him for 2-3 weeks until he's able to fly to the U.S. for adoption. If you can help, please contact me asap.
