nope. not until there is education and enforcement of animal welfare laws. so many people have been working to get the government to provide education to its citizens about responsible pet ownership and let them know about the ethical and legal aspects of dumping - but alas, animals are not important to them.

Bobby is gorgeous...I can't wait to see what he looks like after he gets his coat back and gains some weight.
