Mika is still looking for a home

Sweet Mika is the sweet pittie girl who was rescued from Dead Dog Beach in April. She's a very loving - VERY PLAYFUL - girl who is ready for her forever home. She's been ready for a long time but now she's REALLY ready! She's in foster care with a woman who's giving her some great training and she's learning how to walk on the leash like a perfect lady rather than to pull so hard she chokes herself out!



Mika needs a home with another dog and either a big fenced yard or a couple of long walks a day - or preferably both! She's a great girl with lots of spunk - basically a 45 pound lap dog. She's obviously good with other dogs and kids but she's also fine with cats, too! She's being fostered in Florida but she's got her little doggie suitcase all packed and is willing to travel!
